Privacy Policy for Gestorial App (Gestorial Servicios Digitales S.L.)

Purpose of this policy 1.1. The purpose of the privacy policy is to inform you of how Gestorial Servicios Digitales S.L. ("we") processes your personal data. With this policy, we want you to know the information we collect and process and how long we store it. This privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data by Gestorial Servicios Digitales S.L. in relation to conducting business, interaction, or any other exchange of personal data with us.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

In the context of the various processing activities carried out in the organization, the following types are collected:

Identifying data. Academic and Professional data. Commercial information. Transactions of goods and services. Economic and Financial. Social circumstances. Employment details. Personal characteristics. 2.1. We process your information for one or more specific purposes and in accordance with data protection rules. We process your information if you are our client, collaborator, supplier, visit our website or our social networks, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a job with us. Generally, the information will come directly from you, and we will only process your information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. However, the information may also be processed and stored for longer periods anonymously.

2.2.1. Gestorial App User Accounts

To create a user account and give you access to our application and website, Gestorial App, which allows you to draft, send, and manage contracts, consent forms, and other agreements, we need to process personal data about you as a user. The legal basis for this is the conclusion and performance of an agreement with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).

To create your user account, we need to process data about your name, company name, email address, password, and your phone number.

After you have created your user account with us, you can use your own Google account credentials to access Gestorial App. To learn more about how Google processes your personal data in this regard, you can consult Google's Privacy Policy.

We delete data continuously, but no later than 5 years after the end of the client relationship. Payment details necessary to comply with Danish Accounting Law are stored for the current accounting year plus 5 years.

2.2.2. For what purpose and specific cases do we process personal data?

At www.gestorial.es, personal data is processed for the following purposes:

Real Estate: carrying out the management of real estate sales, document management, calendar, additional services to the purchase, communications, and everything necessary to intermediate in the purchase and sale. Buyers: participation in the management of real estate purchase, document management, calendar, additional services to the purchase, communications, and everything necessary for the purchase process. Sellers: participation in the management of real estate sales, document management, calendar, additional services to the purchase, communications, and everything necessary for the sales process. Notaries: for viewing, downloading, managing, and creating documents in the notarial exercise of the purchase and sale. Banks: for viewing, downloading, and managing documents for processing mortgage loans. Contact: responding to requests for information received about the products and services offered, as well as responding to any other type of inquiry sent by users. Personal data collected will not be used to create profiles or make automated decisions.

2.2.3. Cookies and Website

In relation to the regular operation of our website, we collect personal data about you through cookies to improve the appearance of the website and user experience, as well as to compile statistics. The information we collect through cookies can be seen in the cookie banner on our website.

We only collect your personal data in the form of cookies if you have given your consent for it (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Read more about this in the banner and cookie policy popup on our website.

The information we process through our contact form is deleted continuously and no later than 5 years after the last contact.

2.2.4. Social Media

We use certain social networks, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, to contact our customers and potential customers, as well as to promote our marketing initiatives. If you have been on these sites and have "liked" or "followed" our fan page or have been in contact with us through these sites, we will process your personal data. We only process information about your name and email address.

If you contact us through social media, we process your information based on our interest in being able to contact you and respond to your inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). The information will come from you and the social media through which you contact us.

The information processed in connection with social media involving direct communication through social media is immediately deleted. Posts on, for example, Facebook pages or in public groups are not deleted, as a post or comment on Facebook pages or in public groups is considered public space. 2.2.5. Marketing

We only process your personal data for marketing purposes if you have given your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR to, for example, receive newsletters about events, invitations, and offers. The scope of our processing is indicated in the specific consent form.

If you have given your consent to receive marketing initiatives from us, we generally process data about your name, company name, and email address. You may also write in a comment section, but we do not advise writing personal information unless it is relevant to the inquiry.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing through the link provided in each newsletter or by sending an email to rgpd@gesptorial.es or calling us at +34 644 30 14 18.

We keep documentation of your consent as long as you receive our marketing initiatives or participate in our marketing and for the following periods:

When we enter into agreements with collaborators, we process their data as a contact person for the supplier or collaborator. This includes information about the name, position, phone number, and email address.

The information is processed out of the need to conclude an agreement with the specific supplier or collaborator (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) or if, as part of the agreement, we have a legitimate interest in processing the data of the specific contact person (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
